Kayla Simon is a Nashville-based poet who graduated with a B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from the University of Connecticut in the class of 2023. Her work has previously been published in Thought Catalog, New Square, Grub Street, Long River Review, Blue Marble Review, Red Cedar Review, and others, and she is a 2x Pushcart-nominated poet.
